This post was not created by staff, however, I made it seem as such simply by putting the staff url in the “content source” box that was so conveniently placed above the tags box.

That “Please read: Due to a high amount of unused blogs on Tumblr, we are deleting every blog that does not reblog this by June 31. People have been asking for taken URL’s and this is what we are doing” thing is probably completely bogus.

I highly doubt the creators of Tumblr are going to want to waste their time and money going through all 300K reblogs just so that they can let whiny people have taken urls.

this is perfect. im a 22 year old transgender, so i may be male, but i was born a woman and i know the hardships they go through.

I’m a 20 year old woman and I agree with this post. But can I just say that not all boys are like this. There are many boys and men out there who wouldn’t dare lay a finger of harm on any woman: their mother, wife, sister, daughter, or stranger. There are many boys and men out there who still open doors for women, who still make sure they get home safely at night, who pay attention to when they’re have menstrual problems and cater to their every whim. And yet there are women out there who treat them like shit. There are women out there who will yell and complain and hurt these very men who treat them like princesses. Yes, men need to treat women better, but women need to treat men better, too. It makes me sick to see my brothers and best friends get treated so poorly just because they don’t understand that telling a woman she has gone too far isn’t a bad thing. Men need women to live, but women need men to live as well. And as far as I’m concerned, any man who treats you like a queen deserves to be treated as the king he is.

It’s weird how Aang is so calm and peaceful, yet has gone into the Avatar state twice in just three episodes.  Yet Korra, who is hot headed and tempermental, hasn’t in 7 episodes.

I’m waiting for that Avatar State. Waiting.

It was because Aang was so calm and peaceful that he was able to so easily go into the Avatar state. Korra is blocking herself from that power by being hot headed and temperamental.

I love the subtlety of Korra’s reaction in this scene.  She’s not just upset because Bolin and Mako won’t be living with her, she’s upset because she knows that since the tournament is over and the arena shut down, they no longer need her in a practical/objective sense.

She’s never had real friends before, and this was her last shot at finding a way to stay relevant in their lives.  Now that it’s gone, she doesn’t think they’ll want her around anymore, and that’s the real reason she’s so upset.
